Is your generation wiser than your grandparents' generation?

Every statistical study I have heard about or read of late, has pointed to a decrease in IQ by 10% to 20% in last couple decades, so the evidence is sadly that the younger adult generation are not wiser than forefathers

Wisdom is a relative term, most IQ test are standardized, leading to debate of complete validity when dealing with ever changing outside world.

But those that do good at their studies and well on test, are proven to have capability for adaptive change, thus the environment is not as much a factor as comprehension

Through out the centuries, there have been peeks and lows, in societies populous education knowledge.

Almost every one is capable of acquiring a high IQ leading to wisdom, but often are unlimited potential for learning, is our societies goals to educate the populace, by our own lack of desire for higher education, and lack of funds to attend places were higher learning is offered.
