If you have a foreskin it is important that yo maintain its flexibility. when you are younger this seems to be of less importance to you. However you run the risk of infection or irritation developing under the foreskin if you are not able to pull it right back. I would suggest that you gently start by pulling the foreskin back a little at a time using hot water under the shower or being in a hot tub would be helpful, if you get an erection while doing this all the better as it Will help you in stretching the fore skin to its right proportion.
