When you lay on your back does your baby bump go?

Not generally. The bump is a growing fetus. Unlike body fat that moves when you twist, turn or lie down, the fetus will stay the same shape and in the same position. It might even be more pronounced lying down, depending on your body shape and BMI (body mass index used to measure percentage of body fat).
