How is the website documenting reality legal when its accessible to anyone and has live murders on film?

Documenting reality is legal as it is hosted via a foreign country that has no laws regarding the content shown, as long as the media is located within the boundary of a country that allows such media then there is little anyone can do, it is not illegal to rediect the media to stream on anothers computer as the act of clicking to view the media means that you have broken any laws forbidding the media content as you have actually called it accross the network and imported it, its the same concept as importing illegal items by post.
