Model nunber on tarpin hill saddle?

If it has the tail or spoon on the back it is a ehp-2102, & if it doesn't it is a tsp-2103. The un padded seat saddles were a ehp-2101. Many sum models were made, IE; Rocky mountain special was an all black tsp-2103, Trail saddle was a brown tsp - 2103, Icelandic had shorter bars on a esp - 2103, & the Enduro was light weight esp - 2103, just put it on the scale, it should weigh under 19 pounds.

If you can look under the skirting a date should be visible on the wood bars. Year, month & number. IE;[200205-150] Meaning = Made in May of 2002 & it was the 150th produced that year. If it does not have a date it was pre 1992.

Mid to late 1980's had brass frames & laminated bars.

1990's had a rough cast stainless steel frames.

2000 & up had polished stainless steel frames.
