What is the value of an 1895 US 2 dollar bill?

There weren't any federally-issued $2 bills with that date. At the time it was very common for banks to issue their own currency so you may have a private note. Please post a new question with a more complete description including any Wording that might help to ID it. For example, the name and city of the issuing bank would be important. Words such as Liberty, Currency, etc. are generic and usually don't help to ID anything.
