When you watch He-man and the Masters of the Universe, you will be confronted with a character known as Skeletor. In this sense, Skeletor is real. He is a part of our reality, only as a cartoon character.

If you meant to ask this question as if one day Skeletor would be knocking at your front door, looking to collect on that five dollars you owe him... I wouldn't worry about it.
