What does a physical region mean?

Area inside a physical region are similar: they have the same landscape,landforms, vegetation, animal life, climate, and natural resources.

There are 7 types of physical regions.

They are:

Cordillera

Interior Plains

Canadian Shield

Appalachian Region

Arctic Lowlands

Hudson bay lowlands

St.Lawrence Lowlands
