What are the five phases of metirosis?

Mitosis consists of five phases: prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis. During prophase, chromatin condenses into visible chromosomes. In metaphase, chromosomes align at the cell's equator. Anaphase involves the separation of sister chromatids, which move towards opposite poles.
