What country has a hole in it?

If drawn on a map with blackout where the country ends, both Italy (which contains both Vatican City and the Most Serene Republic of San Marino) and the Republic of South Africa(Kingdom of Lesotho) would have a hole inside themselves where their borders end around enclosed countries.
