What do the cards in Uno Flip mean?

In Uno Flip, the cards have two sides - a light side and a dark side. The dark side has special action cards that can change the game, like making players draw more cards or skip their turn. The light side is similar to traditional Uno cards. Players must match the number or color of the card on top of the discard pile, or play a special action card if they don't have a matching card.
