the black spotting is necrotic tissue which may or may not have anything to do with the wilting. first make sure it is getting enough water, if it is make sure the drainge is good and there is no accumulation of water. has it been fertilized at all? if the answer is no or not latly then feed it, if you do fertilize could you have given it too much? if yes the water it with plenty of water to wash it away. the wilting and/or the spotting may be due to a fungal disease so you should spray it with a bordoux soup which is a 5% copper sulfate mix or you can but something at a gardening shop. lastly the spoting may be a bacterial disease in which case there is no helping it and you should get rid of it as soon as possible. can you see any insects? any symptoms other then spotting? oh, i forgot, the wilting may be due to a fungal problem in the soil in which case you need to buy something for it at a local shop.

best of luck.zaf.
