Why do eagles have to be taught to fly?

Eagles do not have to be taught to fly. They come with a genetic script that automatically leads to flight, though some practice is necessary. Mankind is the only animal without a genetic script for all facets of life. Mankind has no life instruction genes including eating, walking, sex, etc., that is why mankind is psychosomatic: the psyche is reflected differently on each individual soma (body), thus answering the question: Why is man the only animal that doesn't look like each other, as say elephants or Bea's or alligators do?
