What is a possible cause for dash lights not working when all other lights work on a 2001 dodge 1500?

You could check all fuses and relays in the cab and under the hood. Remember that just because a fuse looks good, it may not be. It's best to use a test light when checking these. Check the wiring to make sure there arent any breaks etc. Lastly, the bulbs may be bad too.
