What should i do when my crush asks me if i like her?

So me and my crush have known each other since we were toddlers, and our parents are freinds cause they went to school together and stuff. Last year we kind of "Dated" But then drifted away because we were both too immature for a relationship. Recently we have been hanging out alot, like going to the movies, the beach, each others houses, ect. Im pretty sure she likes me considering she talks to me alot and is a bit touchy. (Like touching my shoulders and such) Also, we are both almost 15. Anyway the other day we were texting and she was like "admit it, you love me" and i waited like 2 minutes cause i didn t know what to say. And then she said "Nevermind it doesn t matter" And i asked if she was actually asking me if i loved her and she said "Yeah but it doesn t matter" And then she changed the topic.... Does this mean she likes me? Did i do something wrong? Or what should i say in the future if she asks something like that again?
