How could acid clouds affect temperatures?

acid can burn through things, its probably hot

^acids do not burn things through heat

Assuming that the reaction is spontaneous (happens by itself), it would give off heat, though probably not much. On a large scale, I would bet that an acid cloud would have the same effect as a normal cloud on temperature.
