What qualifications are needed to start a group home for released inmates?

YOU need to be saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and seek the face of our Lord and savior jesus ( you must have a relationship with him). Two you need to have a heart for the criminal, third you need to ask the Father for his heart. you need a fathers heart to do this. u love you children with unconditional love, must love the criminal with the same type of love. Finally ask the lord to open doors and make a way. if you go about this without the blessing of the lord you are really not helping the criminal.
