How to paint a satin color on my bike do we use a clear varnish at the end if we use varnishi think it will go glossy?

It will get glossy for sure, they do make a satin clear this will Allow you to compound out light scratches. If you were going to try to rub the scratches out of satin or flat paint that area will get a gloss.
