Is Masquerain a good Pokemon

Masquerain is okay, but there are more powerful substitutes for him. Ninjask is an awesome bug/flying Pokemon that is both fast and strong. If you give him a focus sash he won't die in one hit, and teach him sWords dance and arial ace then you will have a very powerful Pokemon.
