Why does your horn keep going off when you turn the steering wheel on my ford galaxy?

i had the same problem in a Ford falcon i found it to be the wiring wasn't hooked up correctly try to have it reconnected i did the work my self if you arnt knowledge able about cars id take it to a mechanic ad have them rewire the horn
