Why is Ferrari expanding all over the world?

For the same reason many other companies are expanding, to capture a share of their market. Ferrari's market would be the exotic car market and as India and China grow the demand for these cars will move to these countries as well. So Ferrari are just making sure they have placed themselves in countries which will soon be very wealthy.
