What was the outcome of the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn?

At the end of the book The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn Tom tells Aunt Polly and the Phelpses how Jim helped the doctor nurse him back to life. They unchain him and give him money. Tom and Huck talk about heading out west.
