Yes, a majority of the soloists at the parade are pre recorded and then replayed at the time of their preformance, however there are also a number of acts that are preformed live at the parade
Of course they lip sync! What I want to know is why bother with holding the Toys R Us mic when we all know it's pre-recorded.
