When is merger of otc and occ banks?

As of my last update in October 2023, there has been no official announcement regarding a merger between the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The OTS was dissolved in 2011, and its functions were transferred to the OCC as part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
