What type of burn can cause an entry and an exit wound?

I have seen electrical burns. They look like an in-and-out gunshot: small entry with big exit. The entry port - surrounding skin will look "leathery".

First aid treatments include

• Call 911 - victim will need to be accessed for internal damage
• assessment of consciousness of the victim,
• monitor pulse and circulation
• treatment of burns.
