How do you use a dermal tone facial massager?

The unit has an adapter, that plugs into you electrical 120v outlet.

Once properly plugged in and the unit turned on, the unit will light up - the red level indicator and the two green points.

There are three metallic conductor buttons, two of which can only work at a time.

There are 3 settings, A- widest, B - medium distance an C - narrowest distance.

First exercise:Set the level by pressing the up and down arrow button. Highest level gives maximum power. The turn the distance Setting at A. Turn your unit so the points are in vertical position. Place on the right side of your neck. You shouyl feel an alternating contraction an relaxing of muscles in that area. Some facial muscle mey twitch, too. Stat by keeping it at that popsition by a minute. Do not exceed 3 minutes. Repeat on the left side.

2nd - A setting. Place the conductors under your jaw bone on the right side of your face. Keep for a minute. Repeat on the left side.

3rd -A setting. Place the conductors over your jaw bone on the right side of your face. Keep for a minute. Repeat on the left side.

4th - Set the points to C setting. Place on the right corner of your lips. Keep in that position for a minute. Repeat on the left side of your face.

5th - Use B setting.Place vertically on your face near your ear. Keep for 1

minute. Repeat on the left side.

6th = Setting B. Place horizontally under you right cheek bonr. Keep for a minute. Repeat on the left side of your face.

7th - Setting C. Place vertically on the area near the outer corner of your right

eye. Keep for 1 minute Repeat on the left side of your face.

8th = Setting B. Place horizontally on your right forehead above you right eyebrow. keep for 1 minute. repeat on the left side.

In all of the exercises above only you can tell when you have placed the points correctly. You should feel the slight twitching of contraction in that area.

If you don't feel anything, in an area, check if you have set the power level high enough, or if you have place a water containing lotion on the selected points.

If the contraction or twitching is too strong, lower the power level.

Use any lotions that have water as the first one in the list of ingredients.
