Who was the Governor of Iowa in 1918?

William L. Harding (born October 3, 1877 in Sibley, Iowa; died December 17, 1934) succeeded George W. Clarke as the twenty-second Governor of Iowa, serving between January 11, 1917 and January 13, 1921, including the whole of 1918.
