Are wet dreams different from spiritual sexual dreams?

A wet dream is by definition a nocturnal emission which is essentially the ejaculation of semen during your sleep. You may not even be dreaming when this occurs. It can happen as a result of your erect penis rubbing against the bedding. Accompanying dreams however are usually sexual but not exclusively so, they can be about anything although the subjects frequently involve strong feelings such as fear or excitement.
