Where is a good shop to buy clothes for a 14 year old girl but not too expensive?

Depends on what type of girl it is. If her style is comfortable and casual you can shop at Conway. There are very cheap clothing there, some with good quality fabrics. A plain shirt can be around 2-5 dollars, while a more fancy shirt ( lets ssay a plaid ) is about 8-15$. to me it is a great deal ! :DDD

You can also shop at a local marshalls they always have great deals however you have to search for what is most suitable for you. The trick about marshalls is, is that it gets clothing from other brands/clothing factories. they lower the price and keep lowering it as the week goes by, but it will never be its original cost. A decent shirt can cost around 5-20. a sweater will be about $20-- if you search for the right one. Jeans are also very cheap here about $20 as well.

There is also old navy but here some things can be expensive. A tanktop may cost you around like 10-15 bucks. :/
