What does Where the carcase is the eagles will gather mean?

With reference to The Bible quotation alluding to Jesus teaching, the carcase or meat/food draws hungry eagles so those who hunger and thirst for the Word of God will go to Jesus who is the embodiment of the Word---blessed are those who thirst and hunger after righteousness for they shall be fed (Matthew 5:6) as a consequence, anywhere the Word of God is preached in truth, God will gather sincere believers no matter how hard the preaching from those who teach the pure Word of God .
