Does Schizophrenia make you want to kill yourself?

Not really any more than before, but it can bring on depressive disorders, or a psychotic episode, which can result in death by your own hand, but it isnt exactly suicide, as you arent thinking right

but, some paranoid schizophrenics may beleive that death is the only way to escape a potential conspiracy against them, to use a popular example
