Is Mother's Day always on the first Sunday in May?

Anna Jarvis trademarked Mother's Day as the second Sunday in May in 1912. She organized the first Mother's Day celebration in 1908. In 1914, President Woodrow Wilson signed a proclamation officially creating Mother's Day.
