The Seahawks won their division because of a tie-breaker. They were tied with a record of 7-9 with the Rams. They went to the first tie breaker which was head to head but since Seattle won once and the Rams won once they go to the next tie breaker which was division record. The Rams went 3-3 in the division while the Seahawks went 4-2.
