What colleges specialize in special victims unit?

Special Victims Unit's (SVU's - as popularized on TV) are nothing more than specialized units within a larger department's investigative/detective division. The investigators that are picked to staff them have demonstrated a unique ability in handling and investigating these types of crimes (much the way homicide or robbery squad detectives are chosen). To this writer's knowledge there are no colleges or universities that 'sepcialize' in teaching this type of skill although any course in the criminology sciences would be helpful in perhaps eventually getting assigned to one.
