What is the best way to insert cyclogest following ivf?

My clinic told me I could use it as a vaginal pessary or an anal suppository. The cyclogest is oil based so if you are going to use it vaginally, it will make a bit of an oily mess as the capsule melts and drips out...Using it anally you have a tight seal to keep the gloop in. Either way can work, it depends on the individual.
