How do you remove anti theft device from liquor bottles?

Use a serrated blade to cut slit in the middle of the cap all the way thru until you hit the actual glass bottle. Use a flathead screwdriver and wedge in and then up towards the top. Pull up on the screwdriver to break plastic. Repeat if necessary.
