Well, there's a few ways. It all depends if your a boy or girl. If you're a girl, make him notice you. Like, get in the mood & sit by him closely and hug him... Then go on from there. If you're a boy, then go up to her and tell her you love her. If she says "You're weird, get awayfrom me", then just keep trying. That's all I know :)
