(2) You must preface your remarks by saying that you respect him and his dedication, but you just see this as a way that you can help him to be more productive. (3) Explain slowly and clearly what the problem is and what steps the client he should take. (4) If he has any questions or worries, make it clear that the two of you are just talking and you were not even considering adverse actions.
