You got your nose pierced and the hook part of the ring keep sticking out of your nostril you keep turning it but it keeping falling back down what can you do?

Just stop playing with it, you dont want it infected! Once it heals you can change it, but for now while you cant take it (if it really is that much of a bother) i would go back to, or call the place where you got it done, they always know best and whats right for your piercings. Dont be afraid to ask questions that you think are stupid.
