Good 'ol Dr. Oz...
I was unable to find the episode about sinuses on Oprah's site, but did find a few videos. The device he suggested was called a netti (or nedi) pot, which is inserted into one nostril so that the liquid can run through the sinuses and out the other nostril to clean the sinuses. This video one is very clinical and boring:

Be sure to use the right kind of salt --SEA SALT-- is what I use, but a few other types are acceptable. Sea salt and baking soda in the recipe made life so much easier than table salt, which burned like crazy! I got my recipe at http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/allergiesasthma/a/SinusIrrigation.htm The site also includes info on how-to and who should not netti pot; it is very informative. You can find a netti pot at Henry's and several other stores; the best bet may be a web search to find a health food store close to you. THE USE OF A NEDI POT HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL TO ME! DR. OZ ROCKS!
