If so, then usually tickets to football, Baseball or a hockey game is a good one. If he's into computers then be sneaky and ask him questions to find out what he would like in that area. Perhaps he needs something for his car (within reason.) If you just started to go together get him a gift certificate at a place that sells computers or one of his favorite auto stores. Most guys are so-so about after-shave, or any bath products. Unless you know what style of clothing he likes and his size, then you are going to have trouble with that one, but then again, you can always get him a gift certificate for his favorite "cool" store.
