Are sando good for a Filipino to wear?

A sando (singlet or tank top) is common clothing in the Philippines, especially for men, although is generally considered informal or street wear, as in other parts of the world.

In the cities and more urban areas, sandos are commonly worn by women too, although in some more conservative provinces it can still be considered sexually provocative for a woman to be sleeveless.
