How do you lock your Xbox 360 so that you need a password to turn it on?

You first start up the Xbox 360 then when you are on the starting screen you go over all of the way to the right where you should see Settings when you are in settings you should see an option called Family select that and then it's going to ask for your passWord. When you type that in you will come to aanother screen where it's going to ask for you to put it to On or Off. You have to put it to On. You then there have access to an option called Ratings and Content. Once you are in there you now then have more access to the Parent controls.
