How do you move the rock to the goron hideout in the legend of Zelda the minish cap?

You know where that goron is shading the bombflower? Well, when you have the goron braclet, pickup the shaded bombflower and try to throw it into the rock from below. Then go down the mountain where the rock used to be. Inter the place and your in dodongos cavern!
