Chips, toast, baked or jacket potatoes, cereals (not cocopops or any other cereals high in sugar), sweet potatoe etc. These foods are know as starchy foods. We need them to give us long lasting energy whereas if we just ate sugary foods instead, we would gain alot more weight and the energy from the food that is high in sugar wouldn't last as long.
