Are the urbanites turning the rural population into an ''off the shelf '' society like them?

i think so if you see now days even villagers have smartphones.By the way we have improved their technology so much sometimes even they are hacking our computers which have up to 24 locks and because of that we and them are feeling quite unhappy the villagers would be thinking why did we let them to build buildings on our field and the urban society will think why did we give them so much technology now they are hacking our comps so i don't think we need to make the urban
