How do i set standard time on Timex watch?

To set the standard time on a Timex watch, first locate the crown (the knob on the side of the watch). Pull the crown out to the first or second position, depending on your model, to adjust the time. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time, making sure to distinguish between AM and PM if applicable. Finally, push the crown back in to complete the setting process.
