What is Paul anka's religion?

I saw him just this past week in concert & twice he referred to himself as "a good Catholic boy." He has stated this in previous shows as well. No reason to doubt him. I know that he did, however, sing in a Syriac Orthodox choir while growing up in Ottawa, Canada.
