Who owns big machine records?

Big Machine Records was founded by Scott Borchetta in 2005. In 2019, the label was acquired by Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings, which was subsequently sold to the Carlyle Group. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the Carlyle Group continues to own Big Machine Records.
