Orthodontics is the specialty of dentistry that deals with what?

Orthodontists are dentists who became specialists in aligning teeth and jaws. Some orthodontists also deal with TMJ problems (cracking or aching jaws).

I go to an orthodontist for my braces, but I'm pretty sure they just deal with 'special' cases, mainly braces.
